Our research area is educational technology. Then what is educational technology? It is a difficult question to make a clear answer. I can only say that our research concerns humans and education.

Our research topics and specific theses are shown on our web pages. Can you find consistency among them? Because my background is engineering, there are a lot of theses based on system developments. However they are spread on a large variety of fields. It is because the thesis for each student was and is to be determined based on his and her interest and concern. A bottom-up way is a basic rule, not a top-down. I believe that you can feel happy and do your best on your own thesis. Even when your research deadlocks by some reason, you will be able to overcome it by your great efforts. Enjoy and experience a sense of mastery.
